Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST)?
What's the typical minimum investment?
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
Yes β DST investments are 506(c) private placements available only to accredited investors. The good news: you only need to meet ONE of the following criteria (not all of them):
- $200,000+ annual income on your own (for the past two years)
- $300,000+ joint income with your spouse (for the past two years)
- $1,000,000+ net worth excluding the value of your primary residence
Holding certain professional securities licenses (Series 7, 65, or 82) also qualifies you. Not sure? Submit the form and we'll help you figure it out β no commitment required.
